Our Products

We make and sell physical, 3D printed accessories designed for collectible plush and vinyl figures, commonly described as Labubu-style dolls. Examples include mini glasses, light sticks, hats, and headbands. All items are physical objects. We do not sell digital files or STL models unless explicitly stated.

Materials and Safety

Our products are printed in plastics such as PLA and PETG. They are decorative and non-functional. They are not toys and are not suitable for rough play. Keep away from small children and pets. If you are unsure about use around children, do not purchase the item.

Fan-Inspired Items and Brand Disclaimers

Some designs are inspired by popular fandom items. These are fan-made accessories and are not official, endorsed, or affiliated with any brand, artist, agency, or intellectual property owner. We do not claim any ownership of the original branded designs we reference for inspiration.

Product Descriptions

We try to describe each item accurately, including materials, colors, and dimensions. Due to the handmade and printed nature of our products, small variations and minor imperfections can occur. Photos are illustrative. Actual color and finish may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Ordering and Payment

Orders are accepted once payment clears. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are listed in the currency shown and do not include applicable taxes or import duties unless stated. You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes in your country.

Processing and Shipping

Processing times depend on stock and current order volume and are listed on the product page. Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or printing.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Returns for change of mind are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be refused for hygiene or custom items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and, when appropriate, provide a refund, replacement, or repair. Keep the item and packaging until the issue is resolved.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom orders or modifications are produced to specification and may be non-refundable. We will confirm details before production. Please double check sizes, colors, and requested changes; we are not responsible for errors that match the confirmed order.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and content displayed in our shop are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without explicit written permission. For commissioned or custom designs the ownership terms will be stated at time of commission.

Use of Images and Customer Photos

By sending us photos of your items or tagging us on social media, you grant us permission to use those images for promotional purposes unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to products purchased from us is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury resulting from misuse.

No Warranty

Products are provided as described. Except where required by law, we make no additional warranties, express or implied, about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.

International Buyers
