Thank you for shopping with us! Each item we create is carefully 3D printed, inspected, and packaged to ensure quality. Because our accessories are custom-made for collectible dolls, we have a few simple rules to keep everything fair for both you and us.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right through a replacement or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Since all of our products are handmade and 3D printed to order, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or fit. Please check item details carefully before placing your order.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item). Please pack items carefully to avoid further damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Custom and Personalized Items

Because custom and personalized 3D printed accessories are made specifically for your order, they cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by postal or courier services. However, we’ll help you track your package and work with you to find a resolution whenever possible.
